4. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content, QR campaigns, forms, media, documents, and information you upload.
You grant Pexifly a limited license to process such content solely for operating and improving the Services.
5. AI Features
Certain platform features use artificial intelligence to automate workflows, summarize engagement, recommend actions, and generate analytics.
AI-generated outputs are recommendations only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. QR Experiences
Customers are responsible for ensuring that QR campaigns, landing pages, forms, and data collection comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
7. Integrations
Pexifly may integrate with third-party services including CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics providers, payment providers, communication platforms, and scheduling tools.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, logos, user interface designs, documentation, and intellectual property associated with Pexifly remain the exclusive property of Pexifly or its licensors.
9. Subscription & Payments
Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in a written agreement.
10. Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the Services.
11. Disclaimer

12. Limitation of Liability
